I understand that Refractr is an invite-only alpha, and that the documents I submit and the results returned are stored and used to improve and train the extraction model. They are retained for the duration of the alpha round. Training examples derived from them are retained afterwards, with personal data removed first, and cannot be removed from a model that has already been trained on them.

I will not submit identity documents, medical records, or other special-category personal data.
